De esta forma, en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas la Asamblea General del Colegio de Abogados y Notarios de Guatemala estar\u00e1 conociendo y votando respecto al nuevo Reglamento del Timbre Forense Electr\u00f3nico. Los principios rectores que inspiran este cambio son: el Principio de Equivalencia Funcional (que todo aquello que se pueda hacer por un medio f\u00edsico, tradicional o de papel tambi\u00e9n se puede hacer por medios electr\u00f3nicos con el mismo valor jur\u00eddico y probatorio), y el Principio de Innovaci\u00f3n y Actualizaci\u00f3n Continua (que los servicios electr\u00f3nicos se mantengan a la vanguarda en la tecnolog\u00eda). Este paso solo confirma el inter\u00e9s creciente por la evoluci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n en el Derecho y la importancia de implementar tecnolog\u00edas al desarrollo de los servicios legales.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">___<\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #ff6600;\">ARBITRAJE DE INVERSION<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Guatemala y Teco Guatemala Holdings finalizan proceso de arbitraje. El gobierno de Guatemala public\u00f3 el 18 de noviembre el Acuerdo Gubernativo 282-2022 el cual contemplan los par\u00e1metros para dar por finalizado el arbitraje que Teco inici\u00f3 contra el pa\u00eds hace m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os.
