APRUEBAN HOMOLOGAR LEYES REFERENTES A LAS ADQUISICIONES P\u00daBLICAS<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Con el objeto de garantizar la seguridad jur\u00eddica en los procedimientos que establecen la Ley de Compras P\u00fablicas y la Ley de Creaci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Compras P\u00fablicas, la Asamblea Legislativa aprob\u00f3 una reforma para homologar la terminolog\u00eda de ambas normativas.<\/span><\/p>\n

El prop\u00f3sito de lo aprobado, en la sesi\u00f3n plenaria n\u00famero 106, es fortalecer la institucionalidad y las normativas para ejecutar de manera eficiente las adquisiciones p\u00fablicas.<\/span><\/p>\n

La reforma simplemente consiste en homologar el nombre de Tribunal de Apelaciones de Compras P\u00fablicas para que quede como un mismo t\u00e9rmino y as\u00ed no haya ninguna confusi\u00f3n ni un vac\u00edo legal.<\/span><\/p>\n

La Ley de Compras P\u00fablicas, fue aprobada a principio de este a\u00f1o, tiene por objeto establecer las normas b\u00e1sicas para regular el ciclo de la compra p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/p>\n

Esta regulaci\u00f3n establece un nuevo r\u00e9gimen de contrataci\u00f3n administrativa que incluye el uso de tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n para gestionar las compras gubernamentales y herramientas de control y auditor\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n
