In Costa Rica, another company leaves stock exchange. The company is Vidriera Centroamericana S.A. and it will be taking out a bank loan to pay its corporate bonds listed in the stock market while leaving this market as an issuer of public shares.

Panama

Gas Natural Atlántico, a subsidiary from AES Corporation has announced that in early 2016 it will start a construction of a 381 MW power plant based on natural gas in the province of Colon. The estimated cost of this plan is US$900 million.
